Glenn Greenwald|Glenn Greenwald is an attorney and the author of four books: How Would a Patriot Act?, A Tragic Legacy, Great American Hypocrites, and most recently, With Liberty and Justice for Some: How the Law is Used to Destroy Equality and Protect the Powerful. In 2009, he received an Izzy Award by the Park Center for Independent Media for his “pathbreaking journalistic courage and persistence in confronting conventional wisdom, official deception, and controversial issues.” He also received an Online Journalism Award in 2010 for Best Commentary for his coverage of U.S. Army Private Bradley Manning. Greenwald is a columnist and blogger at Salon.com and has contributed to several newspapers and political news magazines.
