Carl Adamshick

Carl Adamshick‘s debut collection of poetry, Curses and Wishes (Louisiana State University Press, 2011) was selected by Marvin Bell for the 2010 Walt Whitman Award. His other books include Saint Friend (McSweeney's Publishing, 2014); Receipt, a collaboration with artist Andy Buck (Lost Horse Press, 2017); and Birches (Four Way Books, 2019), a finalist for the 2020 Oregon Book Award. He co-founded Tavern Books and lives in Portland, Oregon.
