Christian Patterson

Christian Patterson is an American photographer and artist known for his narrative-driven projects. His work often combines photographs, drawings, and found materials to tell complex stories, as seen in his acclaimed series Redheaded Peckerwood, which received the Rencontres d'Arles Author Book Award in 2012. Patterson's innovative approach has earned him a prominent place in contemporary photography. He has exhibited internationally, with solo exhibitions at the Robert Morat Galerie in Berlin and the Kopeikin Gallery in Los Angeles. His work is included in the collections of the National Gallery of Art in Washington, D.C., and the J. Paul Getty Museum in Los Angeles.
