Graywolf Press

Since 2002, grants have been awarded to provide significant support for this Minneapolis-based nonprofit press. Grants have included funding for general operational support, for producing new works in English translation, and challenge grants for specific projects.

Publishing between 30-35 books a year, Graywolf has become a leading publisher of poetry, fiction, and nonfiction, with authors winning the Nobel Prize for Literature, the Pulitzer Prize for Poetry, the National Book Critics Circle Award, and the National Book award.
