Sinte Gleska University
This grant supported the design and construction of a multipurpose center that includes a gymnasium, classroom space, and a site for university ceremonies on the campus of Sinte Gleska University. The grant was made in response to the university’s pressing need for adequate facilities for sports and other campus events. A leader in tribally controlled higher education, Sinte Gleska University serves the population of the Rosebud (Sicangu Lakota) community in the southern part of South Dakota.
