Krystal Two Bulls awarded 2019 Cultural Freedom Fellowship

The Lannan Cultural Freedom Fellowship is awarded to Two Bulls for her work connecting environmental justice, Indigenous people’s rights, and antimilitarism. She teaches the public that the U.S. foreign policy of war and imperialism is born out of the invasion and colonization of Turtle Island and its original stewards. Current efforts to profit off extraction are contemporary manifestations of the history of settler colonialism in the Americas.
